๐ Across the board, data from CoreLogic shows median home values rose 4.9 per cent to $815,000 over 2024. This was down from a gain of 8.1 per cent in 2023.
๐ Combined capital city home values ended 2024 up 4.5 per cent at $896,000 (after rising 9.3 per cent in 2023) while regional values rose 6 per cent to $658,000.
